Job summary

Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle prescription data, patient registration, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading pharmacy technicians, managing workflow, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation.
• Manage pharmacy workflow and ensure efficient operations and customer service.
• Lead training and performance management of technicians.
• Maintain compliance with Good Faith Dispensing policies and regulatory requirements.
