Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) seeks a Manager, Pharmacy to lead daily pharmacy operations on-site in MA. You will oversee pharmacists and technicians, ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, manage inventory, and coordinate with health center physicians on medications and dosages.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, maintaining accurate records, and upholding quality and safety standards in a fast-paced community health setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from ACPE-accredited pharmacy college.
• Valid state pharmacist license.
• CPR or CPR/AED certification.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and distribution of medications to patients.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians and direct workflow and labeling of pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal drug laws and regulations.
• Maintain records for controlled substances and manage 340B inventory as appropriate.
• Hire, train, and supervise new staff; ensure staff have necessary knowledge and skills.
