Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and patient experience.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians, including discipline decisions.
