Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and other allowed health services.
• Coordinate pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
