Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and valid licensure in the United States.
• Immunizer certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and safety.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees pharmacy workflow, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintains pharmacy IT systems, inventory, and patient data privacy.
