Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D is required and licensure is required.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on usage, interactions, and generics, and ensures privacy.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispenses prescribed medications and ensures regulatory compliance and proper workflow.
