Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred; PR license required.
• 5+ years pharmacist experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Distribution or manufacturing background is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work night shift 6:00pm–3:00am.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and timely distribution.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate administrative activities per VP directives.
• Direct daily department operations; supervise 50+ staff including supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for receipt, storage and distribution of medications.
• Provide pharmacist support and oversight for operations at pharma/medical warehouses.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Participate in meetings and drive cost reductions and efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor QA, regulatory compliance and month-end operational reporting.
• Serve as backup for the day shift manager.
