Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Pharmacy BS degree (pre-2000).
• Completion of an accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency and a minimum of 1 year applicable pharmacy experience; or a minimum of 3 years applicable pharmacy experience.
• Experience in progressive pharmacy operations within an integrated healthcare system and leadership in pharmacy services.
• Commitment to patient care and Mayo Clinic values; effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations for a defined area or multiple sites within Mayo Clinic Health System.
• Provide strong leadership and advocacy for pharmacy and align services with department and institutional priorities.
