Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmacy operations or similar.
• Pharmacy licensing/certification as required by NH.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Director to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Support initiatives and quality programs to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Assist in staffing, performance, and training needs.
• Coordinate with facility staff to resolve customer issues.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and cost containment.
• Perform duties aligned with the pharmacy's mission and goals.
