Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited school and Virginia license.
• License must be free of restrictions to bill Medicaid/Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of Pharmacist In Charge.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; safeguard against diversion of controlled substances.
• Maintain inventory and annual drug audits; supervise staff.
• Provide patient medication counseling and education.
