Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Salt Lake City to oversee the small-format site’s operations, safety, and patient care. You will lead pharmacists and technicians, manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, and ensure compliance with licensure and regulations.

You will mentor staff, drive Lean improvements, and maintain a focus on customer-centric service, quality, and cost control while coordinating with corporate teams for growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in applicable states.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean principles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of federal/state pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and customer experience at the site.
• Manage daily operations and CPT time targets for same-day deliveries.
• Review medication orders for appropriateness and collaborate with prescribers.
• Lead and develop staff, set expectations, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and accrediting bodies; coordinate with legal teams.
