Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians; make disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Assist pharmacist in patient care delivery including patient registration, data entry, and preparation of medications.
• Coordinate pharmacy daily schedule, inventory management, and reporting for compliance and security.
• Communicate prescription errors and ensure proper dispensing processes according to policies.
• Support community outreach, store partnerships, and immunization events as directed.
