Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Pharmacy is required at hire.
• Doctor of Pharmacy is required at hire.
• Pharmacist license for WA is required at hire.
• CPR certification (BLS) required at hire.
• ACLS certification is preferred at hire.

Responsabilités

• Document clinical activities and interventions per policy.
• Interpret medication orders for interactions and appropriateness.
• Verify medications prepared by staff.
• Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals.
• Maintain knowledge base to provide clinical services for all ages.
• Maintain working knowledge of automated systems.
