Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time, non-clinical pharmacy operations technician to support daily workflow under supervision of a pharmacist. Responsibilities include patient registration, prescription data entry, and assisting with vaccination and health services where allowed by law.

You will lead non-clinical staffing, training, and performance management for technicians, ensuring compliant operations, inventory management, and secure recordkeeping while maintaining a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except PR).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with prescription processing and data entry.
• Support non-clinical operations and inventory management.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of technicians.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws and ethics.
• Drive customer service and positive patient experience.
