Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Bowling Green, OH seeks a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive patient care by accurately processing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and supporting pharmacy programs in compliance with state regulations.

You will oversee inventory, pricing, insurance and licensure issues, ensure HIPAA and SOP compliance, and mentor associates while delivering service that puts customers first.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, state programs).

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations.
• Oversees inventory, pricing, signing, and compliance to ensure accurate product presentation and control stock.
• Ensures HIPAA and SOP compliance; analyzes reports, monitors safety, and guides associates on customer service.
• Cultivates community outreach, supports programs, and mentors associates to promote a culture of belonging.
• Maintains confidentiality, conducts associate meetings, and ensures quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.

Education
