Walmart’s Bryan, OH pharmacy leadership role is seeking an experienced pharmacist to oversee comprehensive patient care, dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations in a compliant environment.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, inventory control, budgeting, and community outreach, with a focus on patient safety and adherence to HIPAA and SOPs at the Bryan location.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.

Responsabilidades

• Provides comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations.
• Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas through proper pricing, in-stock levels, budgeting and forecasting.
• Models and guides associates on customer service to resolve needs, complaints, and issues per guidelines.
• Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to be active in the community.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, SOPs and regulatory policies in assigned areas; analyzes reports and implements action plans.
• Oversees inventory flow, monitors and improves ordering and stock levels.
• Manages finances, budgets, and financial performance; analyzes data and responds to market changes.
• Creates a culture of patient care, safety, and accuracy with emphasis on quality and documentation.
• Implements compliance initiatives, monitors adherence and uses audits to improve processes.
