Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive patient care, accurately dispensing prescription orders and administering immunizations in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

You will drive pharmacy and OTC performance through compliant policies, effective inventory control, and strong customer service. The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, a valid pharmacy license, and ACPE immunization training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient care by accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Administers immunizations and other Walmart programs in compliance with regulations.
• Oversees inventory flow, pricing, and product presentation in Pharmacy and OTC areas.
• Ensures adherence to HIPAA, SOPs, and company policies to protect patient information and quality care.
• Leads and develops associates, ensuring safe and effective patient care and service.
