Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for NEW Health Charlestown Pharmacy in Boston, MA. The role leads daily pharmacy operations, partners with clinicians, and drives medication safety and access in a community health setting.

You will supervise staff, develop policies, recruit and train, and work with health center leadership to advance quality and patient care at the Charlestown site.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and quantitative communication skills.
• Experience leading pharmacy staff in a hospital or health-system setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of pharmacy services and staff.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and performance goals.
• Oversees recruitment, interviewing, and training of staff.
• Collaborates with providers and clinical teams to ensure safe medication access.
• Supervises performance evaluations and staff development.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• Leads educational programs and staff meetings.
