Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required and license in good standing.
• 2-3 years of pharmacy management experience required.
• 3-5 years of related hospital/pharmacy leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

• Supervises and develops pharmacy team; conducts evaluations.
