• Experience with prescription dispensing activities and understanding of state/federal controlled substances laws.
• Leadership behaviors rating expectations if applicable (internal candidates).

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to ensure a positive experience and answer questions.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, interactions, and side effects.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient workflow, staffing and scheduling.
• Support training and performance reviews of pharmacy staff.
• Provide clinical and wellness services such as immunizations and disease state management.
