Job summary

SelectRX, a SelectQuote subsidiary, is seeking an Assistant Manager Pharmacy to support the Pharmacy Manager and Supervisors in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You will help manage floor operations and prescription volume while supervising staff to ensure coverage and reliability. The role requires a Pharm.D.

or B.S. in Pharmacy, a valid RPH license, 3+ years leading teams, and solid knowledge of pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Proven leadership of metric-driven teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing pharmacy staff and operations in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor and prescription volume to meet hourly, daily and weekly goals.
• Supervise personnel including orientation, training, workload, scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Support quality improvement with Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions.
• Improve production processes and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Participate in candidate screening, interviewing, hiring decisions and staff coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and business regulations governing pharmacy practice.
