Job summary

SelectQuote Insurance Services is seeking an Assistant Manager Pharmacy for the SelectRx division. The role focuses on supervising floor and prescription-volume management, supporting staffing and training, and ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and company regulations. The candidate will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager and Supervisors to drive efficient operations.

The position requires a B.S. or Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist leadership experience preferred.
• Licensure as a pharmacist (RPH) required.
• Experience supervising fast-paced, metric-driven teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee floor and prescription-volume management to meet hourly/daily/weekly goals.
• Supervise and develop pharmacy staff, including orientation, training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and SelectRx policies and procedures.
• Assist in hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions as needed.
