Job summary

Walmart Mason City pharmacy is seeking an experienced pharmacist to oversee patient care, accurately dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and drive Pharmacy and OTC sales in a compliant, customer‑focused environment. You will lead associates, ensure HIPAA and SOP compliance, manage inventory and incident prevention, and participate in community outreach as part of Walmart's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, FPGEC (NABP) or equivalent.
• Pharmacy license active by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE accredited immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions accurately.
• Administers immunizations and Walmart programs per board regulations.
• Drives Pharmacy/OTC sales with accurate pricing, signage and inventory.
• Ensures HIPAA and company policies are followed; maintains quality control.
• Leads and develops associates; supports safety and patient care initiatives.
