• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs, and regulatory requirements across pharmacy operations.
• Oversee inventory flow, pricing, and merchandising in the Pharmacy and OTC areas.
• Provide supervision, training, and development for associates and maintain a culture of safety and care.
