The Kroger Co. in Wisconsin seeks a licensed Pharmacist to lead pharmacy services in our Pick ’N Save store. You will dispense medications, provide patient counseling and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve high standards/results.

Responsabilités

• Commitment to providing customer service that makes customers feel welcome and valued.
• Be professional, display a positive attitude, and communicate well in person or on social media.
• Administer immunizations following Kroger standing orders and procedures.
• Complete clinical services according to relevant case load.
• Dispense medications to customers per prescriptions, adhering to laws and policies.
• Compound medications using standard formulas and processes.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ingredient needs.
• Verify new medications against patient profiles for interactions.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and Interns for accuracy.
• Support promotions in consultation with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Engage the pharmacy team to manage day supply and recalls.
