Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Assist with patient registration, calls to patients and physicians, and vaccine administration where allowed by law.
• Ensure compliance with policy, laws, and quality programs; support inventory and reporting tasks.
