Qualifications

• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Assist with patient registration, prescription data entry, and preparation of medications.
• Contribute to vaccine administration and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, records, and inventory following policies and laws.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
