Qualifications

• Graduation from School of Pharmacy accredited by AACP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel in absence of PIC and participate in pharmacy workflow including dispensing and data entry.
• Ensure patient care quality standards for all age groups.
• Prepare, label and dispense medications as ordered by prescribers.
• Maintain accurate records for medications and supplies.
