You will ensure compliance with all laws and company policies, partnering with Store and District Managers to align with strategic goals for the retail pharmacy. The role requires leadership of floating and casual staff and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Pharmacy department operations and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local pharmacy laws and company policies.
• Manage pharmacy staff during assigned shifts and coordinate with district managers.
