Qualifications

• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance billing.
• Experience with prescription dispensing and knowledge of state/federal controlled substance laws.
• Leadership rating benchmarks on performance reviews if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients, provide empathetic pharmacy consulting, and resolve issues for a positive patient experience.
• Counsel on medicine usage, interactions, adverse effects, and generic options; coordinate with providers as needed.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, inventory, and staff scheduling to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
• Support training and performance reviews to develop pharmacy staff and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Assist in expanding services like immunizations and clinical wellness offerings.
