Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in New Jersey to lead daily operations, ensure compliant dispensing, and optimize patient care. You will oversee staff, manage workflows, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires a PharmD or PharmD/BS with an active license, immunizer certification, and prior pharmacy experience. You will drive performance, training, and community health initiatives across stores.

Formación

• Pharmacist licensure in the relevant state is required.
• Pharmacist immunizer certification or ability to become one within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy operations and insurance billing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on medication usage, interactions, side effects, and OTC options.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures compliant dispensing and adherence to state/federal laws and company policies.
• Oversees workflow, staff scheduling, and performance management.
