Job summary

AndHealth LLC dedicated to improving access to specialty care invites a Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a community health center in Indiana. You will oversee the pharmacy team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver clinical pharmacy services to diverse patients.

Responsibilities include budget management, inventory control, and collaboration with providers to optimize patient outcomes. Indiana license, PharmD or equivalent, and willingness for multi-state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy.
• 5+ years of community/retail pharmacy management experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR required (or willing to obtain within 1 month).
• Immunization delivery certification preferred (or willing to obtain within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately dispense prescription orders.
• Supervise workflow including insurance adjudication, filling, verification, packaging, and dispensing.
