Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Analyst to establish and refine operational processes related to CMS, state and federal requirements for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid products. You will support an oversight structure of department activities.

The role partners with internal and external teams to manage inquiries from members and agencies, draft procedures, and ensure timely information exchange.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related pharmacy services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; additional two years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and support activities.
• Draft and maintain procedures related to core responsibilities.
