Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with business and technical teams, shaping how members are connected to the right care at the right time. You will translate requirements, support implementation, and drive data-informed decisions within Care Model and Behavioral Health initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, Analysts, and Data partners to identify populations that benefit from new programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IDS program operations, ensuring data loads, member cohorts, and outreach processes are accurate and timely.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Data & Analytics teams to troubleshoot issues and support care management initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and member identification activities, applying inclusion/exclusion criteria and business logic to support program development.
• Develop and validate member identification methodologies and clinical indicators for target populations.
