Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Columbus, LLC is hiring in Columbus, OH to support facilities with training and education across assisted living and skilled nursing settings. The role focuses on educating staff, ensuring accurate survey readiness, and maintaining high standards of care.

You will coordinate on-site programs, partner with operations, and help deliver compliant, quality pharmacy services to our clients in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

  • RN licensed with active state licensure.
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or geriatric care is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and orientation to customers during facility implementation.
  • Ensure new service is error-free and transition is smooth.
  • Train facility staff on survey processes, medication administration, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain Assisted Living Education programs meeting state requirements.
  • Coordinate on-site training at facilities and guardian locations.
  • Align QA materials with facility scope and Guardian standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities with Operations and document findings.

If you are looking for a challenging, team-oriented environment in which you can put your expertise to work, then this is the place for you.Pay Range$75,000 - $85,000 annuallyAssist in achievement of business plan through retention of existing clients, increasing sales to existing clients (penetration of census), and building strong customer relationships by providing clinical assistance, regulatory support, and client staff education in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities.
