Dragonfly Health is seeking a Pharmacy Network Consultant to build and optimize our home health pharmacy partnerships. You will negotiate contracts, evaluate pricing, onboard providers, and monitor performance to ensure cost-effective, compliant service delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams on pricing, reimbursement disputes, contract administration, and regulatory compliance, contributing to a growing, tech-forward care-at-home platform.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical contracting, pricing, or related network operations.
• Experience with pharmacy providers, vendors, or healthcare partners, including relationship management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to evaluate pricing, costs, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy providers, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and performance expectations are met.
• Negotiate pharmacy contracts and pricing agreements to support competitive costs and sustainable partnerships.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard pharmacy providers to expand network coverage and access to specialty services.
• Monitor provider performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to strengthen service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing reviews, reimbursement disputes, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Support pharmacy network strategy through reporting, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
