The Pharmacy Network Reimbursement Analyst is directly responsible for developing and managing data analytics for payer contracts. Conducts analysis and compilation of key business indicators tied to reimbursement strategies, tracks payer reimbursement after new contracts are implemented, and continuously monitors existing contracts. Assists with administering payer contracting operations and supports additional pharmacy programs as needed.
Location: Remote, USA
Hours: Must be able to accommodate 6am-3pm PST
Broad training in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields, typically obtained through a four-year bachelor's degree. Usually requires at least 3 years of related, progressive experience. Depending on the role, may require knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, inventory management, supply chain operations, reverse logistics, pharmacy reimbursement, and current business challenges faced by pharmacies.
