Job summary

• Maintains accurate records in case management, pharmacy, and related systems in accordance with established procedures and documentation standards.
• Collaborates with pharmacy operations, reimbursement, customer support, and external stakeholders to facilitate routine handoffs and resolve standard issues.
• Monitors open requests, service timelines, and pending items to identify delays, communicate updates, and elevate issues when needed.
• Supports the preparation and maintenance of job aids, reference materials, and standard documentation that improve consistency across liaison activities.
• Provides accurate information on routine processes, requirements, and next steps while referring more complex questions or exceptions to appropriate personnel.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare coordination, customer service, reimbursement support, or a related field required. Certification in pharmacy support, patient access, healthcare administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred.
