• Analyze data processes, business processes, and interfaces to support program oversight and testing of solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure program effectiveness and manage small to medium projects.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Develop pharmacy benefit solutions and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization for design proposals and strategic planning.
• Research competitive pharmacy benefit offerings and market positioning.
• Other duties as assigned.
