Manages Specialty pharmacy operations to achieve quality, service, and productivity objectives. Ensures staff adheres to internal policy and external regulations for the medication use process, including prescribing, drug preparation, storage, dispensing, administration and monitoring. Facilitates building strong partnerships and relationships in the Specialty Pharmacy industry with a focus on business development and patient outcomes.

Annual Full Pay Range: $173,900 - $351,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $83.29 - $168.34
