Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead direct patient care and wellness services in a progressive pharmacy setting. You will manage disease state interactions, optimize medication therapy, and deliver patient-centered care while supporting in managing acute and chronic conditions.

Under the Division Pharmacy Manager, you’ll oversee the pharmacy’s financial performance, act as pharmacist in charge, and drive initiatives to improve profitability and quality of service.

Competenze

• Active license in state(s) of practice in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Main Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.

• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work a variety of schedules
