Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a high-performing team in a busy retail setting. The role focuses on safe medication dispensing, clinical services, immunizations, and patient-centric care while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient workflow.

The position requires a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy, active licensure, and experience in pharmacy operations, counseling, and insurance billing in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and insurance billing.

Responsabilidades

Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and generics.
Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
Reviews and dispenses prescribed medications in accordance with regulations.
Maintains pharmacy operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance with policies.
Supports information technology and workflow to improve productivity and customer experience.
