Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription orders accurately and administer immunizations.
• Drive sales and profit in Pharmacy and OTC areas through proper merchandising and pricing.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality across all processes.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy associates, provide training and performance feedback.
• Oversee inventory flow, budgeting, and forecasting in pharmacy operations.
• Support community outreach programs and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
