Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations and other Walmart health programs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs, QA policies and regulations.
• Manage inventory flow, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor associates, provide performance feedback and development.
• Oversee customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure data confidentiality.
• Engage in community outreach and promote health initiatives.
