Qualified candidates will hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, possess active licensure in district states, immunizer certification, and at least one year

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days.
• 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and compliance.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and OTC options.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including dispensing, drug therapy reviews, verification and management.
• Reviews and dispenses prescribed medications in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Oversees pharmacy operations, scheduling, workflow and staff performance.
• Delivers immunizations and clinical services and maintains patient records.

Education

BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution

Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district

Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days
