Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Leader in Oklahoma City to manage patient-centered care, dispense medications, and administer immunizations in accordance with regulatory standards.

You will drive pharmacy performance by analyzing data, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety, pricing, and inventory procedures. The role also involves community outreach and adherence to company policies across all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, NABP ECFMG equivalent (FPGEC), and a valid pharmacy license.
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders and administer immunizations in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signing, and inventory levels for merchandise presentation.
• Lead customer service initiatives and guide associates to resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve the community.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety/quality controls through data analysis and loss prevention reviews.
