VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Manager at NCH Colebrook, NH, to lead a community healthcare center-based retail pharmacy in collaboration with providers and clinic staff. The role offers strong compensation, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses, and relocation assistance as needed.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide staff through drug-therapy guidelines while delivering high-quality patient care in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current New Hampshire Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations to ensure the pharmacy provides optimal service and complies with all policies and standards.
• Maintain daily operation of the pharmacy department by supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Provide appropriate technical and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
• Review and update drug-therapy guidelines and other policies for use by physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Provide drug information to meet the needs of physicians and nurses through direct contact or in-service programs.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as required by management.
• Maintain knowledge of drug therapies and interactions by reading literature and attending seminars.
• Other duties as assigned.

We have a highly competitive offer package, with a targeted salary range of $175,000-187,000 a year depending on experience, a $10,000 sign on bonus, quarterly bonuses, and a relocation package as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager and or the Executive VP of Operations ensure the pharmacy provides optimal service, meets legal and accreditation/certification requirements, and complies with all policies and standards of Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation.
• Maintain daily operation of pharmacy department by supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the routine performance of their duties.
• Provide appropriate technical and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
• Review and update established drug-therapy guidelines and other policies and procedures, in conjunction with the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations, for use by physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Provide drug information to meet the needs of physicians and nurses through direct contact or in-service programs.
• Prepare various reports and maintain records or supervise the maintenance of records as required or requested by the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations.
• Maintain current knowledge of drug therapies and drug reactions and interactions by reading professional literature, attending seminars and utilizing professional affiliations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Successful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position:

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Current New Hampshite Pharmacist license

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management experience;
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
