Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Immunization certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy staff, including technicians, interns, and students.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of medications.
• Provide patient counseling, education, and customer service.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Oversee inventory management and medication storage procedures.
• Administer immunizations and support preventative health initiatives.
• Deliver clinical services such as MTM and point-of-care testing.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, HIPAA, and pharmacy regulations.
