Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree with active license in good standing.
• Immunization certification as permitted by state law.
• Strong leadership, communication and patient-first mindset.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire pharmacy team to provide safe, accurate, compassionate care to every customer.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions in compliance with regulations.
• Provide patient counseling on medications, proper use, and interactions.
• Oversee immunizations and ensure services meet company and state standards.
• Maintain records, inventory, and security in line with HIPAA and policies.
• Collaborate with providers, insurers and internal teams to coordinate care.
• Hire, train and mentor staff to foster a positive high-performing environment.
• Ensure adherence to policies, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with the community and wellness initiatives to promote growth.
