Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited school or equivalent.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Provide compassionate counseling to patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Serve as a trusted connection between patients, healthcare providers, and the community.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient and company information.
• Support pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Administer immunizations and other health services as permitted by state law.
• Coach, mentor, and support pharmacists and technicians in delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve operational goals.
